Easy Chocolate Mousse

1 1/3 cup TCHO Drinking Chocolate Crumbles
2 cups hot water


  1. In a heatproof bowl, pour hot water over Drinking Chocolate.  Using an immersion blender or a whisk, blend mixture until chocolate has melted.
  2. Pour into several large cups or one large serving dish.
  3. Cover and chill until set (about 4 hours).  Serve cold.
  4. Garnish with TCHO Cacao Nibs, whipped cream, and/or fresh fruit.
  5. Enjoy!
