Drinking Chocolate Ice Cream Float

Ingredients
6 tbsp TCHO Drinking Chocolate Crumbles
4 oz. water or milk
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup TCHO Milk Chocolate

Directions

  1. Place 6 tablespoons of Drinking Chocolate Crumbles into a heatproof container.
  2. Heat up water or milk to 190F and pour over Drinking Chocolate Crumbles.  Let the hot liquid melt the chocolate for about a minute.  Whisk or blend together with an immersion blender.  Let cool.
  3. In a tall glass, add as many scoops of vanilla ice cream as your little heart desires.
  4. Pour drinking chocolate into the glass and top with a chocolate drizzle!
