Berry + Cherry Dark Chocolate Popsicles

Cherry Berry Dark Chocolate Popsicle

1 cup frozen cherries, pitted
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup water
2 T sugar

Chocolate Dip:
1 cup TCHO 66% Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Discs
2 T sugar
1 T butter


  1. In a food processor or blender, blend the cherries, raspberries, strawberries, water, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and insert popsicle stick.
  3. Freeze overnight.
  4. When frozen solid, remove from molds and place on a frozen parchment lined baking sheet.  Put popsicles back in the freezer while you make the chocolate dip!

Chocolate Dip:

  1. Melt chocolate, sugar, and butter in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler or slowly in the microwave on 50% power, stirring every 20 seconds to keep from burning.
  2. Let cool slightly and dip or drizzle over frozen popsicles.  Let set and enjoy!!
