  1. Place the protein powder, nut butter, banana, milk, ice, and greens in the blender. Blend together on high for 1 minute. 
  2. Remove from blender and pour the mixture in 2, 10oz cups and a straw.
  3. Sprinkle TCHO's Crush This cacao nibs on top for a little crunch.
