  1. In a food processor, add the frozen bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides as needed. 
  3. Eat right out of the food processor or put into an air-tight container in the freezer before serving. 
  4. Scoop into a chilled dish and garnish with chocolate shavings (you can use a vegetable peeler along the edge of a chocolate bar or disc, fresh banana slices, and chopped peanuts!
