Ingredients
2 frozen bananas, 1-inch chunks
2 T natural peanut butter (or any natural nut butter)
4 tsp TCHO Natural Cocoa Powder
¼ tsp vanilla
Garnish with shaved chocolate, banana slices, and chopped peanuts
Directions
- In a food processor, add the frozen bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- Eat right out of the food processor or put into an air-tight container in the freezer before serving.
- Scoop into a chilled dish and garnish with chocolate shavings (you can use a vegetable peeler along the edge of a chocolate bar or discs, fresh banana slices, and chopped peanuts!
