1 ACME Sweetdough Baguette, thinly sliced
1 small round Cowgirl Creamery Mt. Tam (or other creamy brie)
6 ounces TCHO “Bright” Dark Chocolate (about 20, 8g bars)
1. Spread generous amount of Mt. Tam onto slices of bread.
2. Chop TCHO “Bright” into dime-to-quarter size pieces. Melt in double broiler. Alternatively, place chocolate in microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until completely melted.
3. Drizzle bread and cheese with melted “Bright”.
4. Plate and serve as incredible hors d’oeuvre or prelude to fantastic meal.
