USING LIQUID CHIP
Our Liquid Chip is super versatile and has a bunch of ways that it can be put to delicious use. So we wanted to share some directions, rules of thumb, recipe ideas, and tips to get you started!

How much will I need for freckling ice cream?
We recommend about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of melted Liquid Chip for every quart of ice cream base. But really, dealer's choice!
Use to Coat Cookie Bits
Want to include things like cookie chunks or brownie bits in your ice cream? Chill them and then gently toss with melted Liquid Chip to fully coat and let set. Then sprinkle the covered chunks into your ice cream!
For Chocolate Hard Shell
To use as hard shell on a round 2-inch scoop of ice cream, you'll need roughly 20 to 25g of melted Liquid Chip (AKA 20 to 25mL or about 1.5 to 2 tbsp).
Preparing Sheets of Ice Cream Sandwiches
If you're making sheets of sandwiches to to freeze and then cut, freshly churned ice cream is the perfect consistency to spread.
