Our Liquid Chip is super versatile and has a bunch of ways that it can be put to delicious use. So we wanted to share some directions, rules of thumb, recipe ideas, and tips to get you started!

Melt to the Perfect Consistency
Liquid Chip works best when barely warm!
1. Scoop out the quantity you need for your recipe into a heatproof bowl.
2. Then melt slow and low over a double boiler or at 50% power in the microwave in 10 second increments until just melted.
3. Dip, freckle, or coat your heart out!

It's a way of making smaller rustic chips or flecks of chocolate throughout ice cream as you churn and freeze it.

STEP 1:
Start up your ice cream maker and let it churn until it's close to being done, like a soft serve consistency.

STEP 2:
Slowly drizzle in melted Liquid Chip into your ice cream maker while it's churning.

Once you've drizzle all your chocolate, let it churn for a minute or two until the chocolate breaks up a bit more.

Transfer your ice cream into a container and freeze until set. Then, scoop!

DIP ICE CREAM SANDWICHES
Smush some slightly softened ice cream between two cookies and press together. Dip into melted Liquid Chip and add any toppings you like. Then enjoy!
Hard Shell for Ice Cream
Pour a nice helping of melted Liquid Chip over your scooped ice cream. Let harden and dig in!
TIP: Pour in circles starting from the center and working your way out for maximum scoop coverage.
