Once we finish the rigorous job of double, triple, and quadruple checking each batch for quality, we send all our TCHO bars and baking chocolate to you from our factory in Berkeley. That way, we can focus on making award-winning chocolate and providing a great customer experience.
The TCHO Bean Team (our fabulous chocolate makers) spends so much time making the best possible chocolate, we want to make sure we're delivering the best chocolate experience possible, and you enjoy TCHO chocolate as it was intended.
In order to deliver your chocolate in perfect condition, we reserve the right to hold your order if temperatures pose a risk of damage.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO?
Because our carrier service doesn't deliver to P.O. boxes, APO’s or FPO’s, we recommend changing your ship to address to work, family or a neighbor (that you can trust to not eat your chocolate).
Can you ship Internationally?
Even though TCHO is out of this world, we haven't set up a way to distribute across the border...yet.
I made a boo boo, can I change my order?
You're human just like us! Please respond to your order confirmation email or email orders@tcho.com with your order number and your requested changes. We cannot guarantee that we can change your order prior to it being shipped. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How can I add a Gift Note to my order?
Unfortunately, we're unable to add a gift note to orders at this time. All of our web orders are shipped with only a packing list enclosed, which does not include pricing. We're working on updating the website so you can send sweet thoughts with your chocolate next time.
In the meantime, once you get the tracking information, shoot them a text or get them on the horn to let them know how much they mean to you.
My package was marked as delivered, but never showed up. What do I do?
Sometimes shipping carriers will mark packages as delivered a day or so before they actually are, in order to meet carrier quotas, so consider it a delivery window and keep an eye out for the delivery! If it has not shown up after 3 business days of being marked delivered, (and you've checked with your neighbors), shoot us an email at orders@tcho.com and we will resend it to you - as long as you entered in the correct shipping address.
My order is missing an item/I received the wrong item, help!
Sorry to hear that! We're only human, mistakes happen, but we'll make it right. You can email us at orders@tcho.com, and we will send the missing items, or offer a refund.
How can I add a discount code to my order?
Thank you for continuing to make us your TCHOsen craft chocolate. Sometimes technology isn't as friendly as we are, so shoot the order number and discount code to orders@tcho.com and we'll see if we can add it.
What is TCHO’s return policy?
Because chocolate is a food product, we can't accept returns. If you have concerns about the appearance, taste or questions about your chocolate, please contact orders@tcho.com. Before you eat it all, snap some pics of the contents, and send us your order number and the 4 digit code located on the back of the bar (or bag).
Why can’t I have product shipped over the weekend?
The short answer is because no one likes melted chocolate (except our TCHO Pros). We want to ensure you receive your order in the same delicious condition that it leaves our factory. Many parcel carriers do not store packages in temperature-controlled conditions over the weekend. We also will hold your order if temperatures across the country are too warm/cold to safely ship your chocolate.
