Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate
  1. Heat or microwave milk until warm. Add 1/2 cup TCHO's Hawt Chocolate, peppermint extract, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Let cool completely. 
  2. In a small bowl, melt remaining 1/4 cup chocolate. If melting in a microwave, microwave in 30 second intervals (to prevent the chocolate from burning), stirring well in between each interval, until smooth. Set aside. 
  3. Into a blender, add 2 cups coconut ice cubes and cooled chocolate milk mixture. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour frozen hot chocolate into two cups. Top with whipped cream, crushed peppermint candy, and a drizzle of melted chocolate.
